Responsibilities

• Liaise between business lines and development teams to translate technical requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements through active stakeholder collaboration.
• Support project delivery within Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Mainframe and COBOL.
• Hands-on experience with CICS.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
• Experience using JIRA for task and project management.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background in liquidity and payments technology domains.
