Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mainframe analysts to ensure effective project delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and ADABAS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide business analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in mainframe development.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on team progress.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in mainframe application development and support using COBOL, JCL, ADABAS, and core mainframe technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Strong understanding of incident management processes and resolving production issues efficiently.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder interaction, and business analysis activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe application and system-related issues.
• Knowledge of best practices, coding standards, and quality processes in mainframe development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project planning, reporting, and providing regular progress updates to leadership.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field
