Description

Lead a team of mainframe analysts in designing, developing, and maintaining applications while overseeing incident management and business analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mainframe analysts to ensure effective project delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and ADABAS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and perform business analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe application and system-related production issues.
• Participate in project planning and provide regular progress updates to leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in mainframe application development and support.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and ADABAS.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Deep understanding of incident management processes and production issue resolution.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder interaction, and business analysis.
• Knowledge of best practices, coding standards, and quality processes in mainframe development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
