Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications on Mainframe and IBM AS400/iSeries platforms.

Write, test, and support programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CL, RPG, and related technologies.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Perform debugging, testing, and provide production support for business‑critical systems.

Manage batch processing, job scheduling, and file/data integration workflows.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to support upgrades, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in mainframe application development and support.

Strong hands‑on expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and batch processing environments.

Experience with IBM AS400/iSeries technologies, production support, and performance tuning of business‑critical systems
