Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications on Mainframe and IBM AS400/iSeries platforms, ensuring production stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and support programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CL, and RPG.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions for legacy systems.
• Manage batch processing, job scheduling, and file/data integration workflows.
• Perform debugging, testing, and provide production support for business-critical systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams on upgrades and incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe application development and support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with IBM AS400/iSeries technologies and CL/RPG.
• Proven track record in performance tuning of business-critical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
