Description

Develop and maintain mainframe applications, focusing on COBOL, CICS, and JCL solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software application solutions within the mainframe environment.
• Analyze legacy application code components and document functionality.
• Triage and troubleshoot JCL batch jobs and tune COBOL application issues.
• Handle integration challenges between enterprise applications and the mainframe.
• Develop and maintain IMS and CICS Online components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in Mainframe Application Development.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in COBOL, CICS, and JCL development.
• Proficiency in triaging JCL batch jobs.
• Experience with DB2 development.
• Strong foundation in Mainframe Application Development practices.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server related database products.
• Bachelor's degree required.
