Description

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications on IBM mainframes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain mainframe applications.
• Assist Quality Assurance teams during application testing.
• Peer review code and technical documentation for team members.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to resolve application failures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, coordinating resolution with support teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with IBM Mainframes.
• Expert proficiency in Cobol.
• Experience with IMS DB and DB2.
• Working knowledge of JCL and MQ series.
• Familiarity with Xpeditor.
• Strong experience in unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Strong communication skills.
