Description

You will design and architect mainframe solutions for the Transportation and Logistics domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture solutions for Transportation and Logistics systems.
• Ensure system integration across logistics applications.
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and develop strategies aligned with business goals.
• Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity using DB2.
• Develop and maintain JCL scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Mainframe architecture.
• Expertise in COBOL programming to create and modify applications.
• Proficiency with JCL for process automation.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 for database optimization.
• Experience with ALCS and CICS environments.
• Experience leveraging IBM Mainframe Utilities for resource management.
• Ability to analyze logistics processes and implement technical improvements.

• Any Graduate education.
