Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and support of mainframe-based online issuer authorization and payment processing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis, design documentation, and code reviews for mainframe systems.
• Manage release and deployment processes, including production support and post-deployment monitoring.
• Debug batch and online applications using specialized tools like Xpeditor and Abend-AID.
• Handle issuer mandates and payment processing system requirements during peak seasons.
• Support incident management tasks and weekend releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Mainframe technologies.
• Mandatory proficiency in Assembler and CICS.
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Proficiency with ISPF utilities, IOF, CA7, and Endevor.
• Experience using File-Aid, File-Master, SPUFI, and REXX.
• Expertise with debugging tools including Xpeditor and Abend-AID.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.
• Ability to manage incident and change management workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Strong documentation, testing, and validation skills.
