Description

You will design, code, and maintain complex mainframe systems using Assembler language, owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement technical changes within large-scale mainframe systems.
• Gather and analyze requirements to translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for reliability.
• Execute unit test scenarios to ensure code quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Present technical designs to peers and Product Owners for approval.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Mainframe Application Development using Assembler language.
• Mandatory domain experience in Payments, Cards, or Banking.
• Proven expertise in managing large and complex mainframe systems.
• Experience with the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to translate functional concepts into technical specifications.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with COBOL.
