Focus on mainframe platform maintenance and code analysis. You will read existing code to develop detailed design specifications and perform reverse engineering tasks to understand legacy logic.

Responsibilities

• Read existing code to develop detailed design specifications.
• Perform reverse engineering tasks to understand legacy logic.
• Analyze mainframe systems using technical debugging tools.
• Apply technical expertise across the mainframe platform to support long-term requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in Mainframe programming.
• Proficiency in Assembler and COBOL.
• Experience with JCL and VSAM.
• Working knowledge of DB2.
• Hands-on experience with EXPEDITOR and FILE-AID.
• Experience with CICS.
• Strong analytical skills for code reading and specification creation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reverse engineering legacy systems.
• Exposure to Cloud and Distributed technologies.
