Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test application programs using IBM Assembler language
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of mainframe applications to ensure correctness and efficiency
• Document assembler program designs, functionality, and usage guidelines
• Provide technical support for mainframe systems, optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with coding standards
• Collaborate with system architects and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into efficient low-level machine code
• Stay current with the latest mainframe technologies and assembler programming techniques
