Description

You will manage non-production environments and batch processing within mainframe and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support non-production environments and manage environment shakeouts.
• Handle non-prod batch management using Control-M.
• Report on environment availability and performance.
• Develop operating models and frameworks for service management.
• Manage incidents and changes following ITIL practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or service management.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL and Mainframe technologies.
• Experience with Control-M Administration.
• Foundational knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Practical experience with Incident Management and Change Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
• Experience in a service management or support role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the financial services sector.
