Description
You will act as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on legacy and mainframe applications within the insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for General system or Broker Portal applications.
- Prepare detailed business requirements and process documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and track project deliveries.
- Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies to manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis.
- 6+ years of experience in the Insurance domain, specifically Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
- Experience working with legacy and mainframe applications.
- Working knowledge of C, C++, HTML, and XML.
- Proficiency with JIRA for Agile delivery tracking.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
