Description

You will act as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on legacy and mainframe applications within the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for General system or Broker Portal applications.
• Prepare detailed business requirements and process documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and track project deliveries.
• Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies to manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis.
• 6+ years of experience in the Insurance domain, specifically Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
• Experience working with legacy and mainframe applications.
• Working knowledge of C, C++, HTML, and XML.
• Proficiency with JIRA for Agile delivery tracking.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
