Description

You will manage the installation, maintenance, and technical support of mainframe CICS subsystems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain mainframe CICS subsystems and associated software products.
• Provide technical support for CICS and CPSM products, managing incidents and related projects.
• Resolve complex or critical incidents within the mainframe CICS environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for problem determination.
• Collaborate with internal technology support organizations and communicate technical findings to customers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a CICS Systems Programmer.
• Deep experience with CICS TS v5.2 or higher.
• Proficiency with CICS CPSM.
• Experience managing CICS TS with DB2.
• Technical expertise in SMP/E and Disaster Recovery processes.
• Hands-on experience with TSO, ISPF, SDSF, and JCL.
• Ability to read and debug using mainframe core dumps.
• Experience using IPCS, AbendAid, OMEGAMON, and ServiceNow.
• Extensive experience with Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure.
