•           Strong hands-on experience in CICS and MQ is must
•            Experience in batch like COBOL, DB2, VSAM is preferred
•            Agile methodology and SDLC experience are must
•            Working experience in Jira, Confluence and MS Office
•            Ability to design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, and reliability, at varying levels of complexity
•            Following department coding standards, write well documented programs that perform effectively and efficiently
•            Performs system analysis and design in accordance with established procedures and policies
•            Provides accurate estimate of time needed to complete work
•            Should be able to proactively explore the system and learn
•            Excellent team player and be able to efficiently deliver results with minimum supervision
•            Excellent oral, written and listening communications skills (in both office-based and remote workplace environments).
