You will develop and maintain core mainframe applications while providing technical solutions and leading coding standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mainframe applications and provide technical solutions for project completion.
• Define, advocate for, and implement coding standards and best practices for the team.
• Guide team members to enhance technical capabilities and ensure process compliance in assigned modules.
• Act as a technical consultant in feasibility studies and prepare status reports to manage project risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Mainframe development.
• Primary knowledge of Mainframe COBOL.
• Hands-on experience with CICS, JCL, and VSAM.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Perl scripting.
