Description

You will develop and support mainframe applications in an onsite role in Omaha, NE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and unit test application changes following technical specifications.
• Gather and analyze requirements to translate them into technical documentation.
• Execute unit test scenarios to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve technical issues.
• Optimize application performance for efficient software resource usage.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Mainframe Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL and JCL.
• Proficiency with VSAM and Db2.
• Experience using Mainframe Utilities and CICS.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle including code, test, and deployment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirement analysis.
• Must pass a mandatory coding test.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Payments or Cards domain.
