Description

You will develop, support, and optimize mainframe applications in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and unit test application changes across the full development lifecycle.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Execute unit test scenarios to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve technical issues.
• Optimize application performance for efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Application Development.
• Hands-on expertise with COBOL and JCL.
• Proficiency with VSAM and Db2.
• Experience using Mainframe Utilities and CICS.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle including code, test, and deployment.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and technical design.
• Must pass a mandatory coding test.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Payments or Cards domain.
