You will manage and optimize mainframe environments to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Perform system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Debug and resolve production issues for existing mainframe applications.
• Integrate mainframe systems with other enterprise applications and platforms.
• Implement security protocols, maintain technical documentation, and train client teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe environments.
• Proficiency with COBOL.
• Experience with JCL.
• Experience with CICS.
• Experience with DB2.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch and online transaction processing systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in mainframe environments.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid integration with mainframe systems.
