Description

You will lead and manage CA Endevor SCM administration, configuring environments, stages, systems, and processors. You will design source code management strategies for mainframe applications and coordinate code migration, version control, and release management processes. You will support development teams using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, while troubleshooting Endevor issues and optimizing performance. You will ensure compliance with enterprise standards, audit requirements, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead CA Endevor SCM administration and environment configuration.
• Design and implement mainframe source code management strategies.
• Coordinate code migration, version control, and release management.
• Support development teams in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS environments.
• Troubleshoot Endevor issues, optimize performance, and ensure audit compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience in CA Endevor Administration.
• Strong expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies and z/OS environments.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Proven experience with software configuration management (SCM) tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of release management and DevOps in mainframe contexts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams for deployment and change management.
