You will lead CA Endevor SCM administration, design source code management strategies, and coordinate release processes for mainframe applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead CA Endevor SCM administration, configuring environments, stages, systems, and processors.
• Design and implement mainframe source code management strategies and coordinate code migration.
• Support development teams using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS while troubleshooting Endevor issues.
• Optimize performance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and audit requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience in CA Endevor Administration.
• Strong expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies and z/OS environments.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Proven experience with software configuration management (SCM) tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of release management and DevOps in mainframe contexts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams for deployment and change management.
