Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for mainframe modernization projects.
• Apply modernization concepts and strategies to legacy environments.
• Master and utilize a Gen-AI modernization accelerator tool.
• Execute code analysis and migration using specialized tools.
• Consult directly with clients to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience developing technical solutions.
• 10+ years in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Knowledge of Angular framework for front-end components.
• Knowledge of React for front-end components.
• Experience with code analysis and migration tools.
• Understanding of mainframe system modernization strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in legacy mainframe modernization projects.
• Experience in Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
