You will lead legacy system modernization efforts using specialized accelerator tools and code migration strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute mainframe system modernization strategies and implementation concepts.
• Master and utilize a Gen-AI modernization accelerator tool to drive technical solutions.
• Perform code analysis and manage migrations using specialized tooling.
• Develop technical solutions within mainframe and modern architecture environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience developing technical solutions.
• 10+ years in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• 8-10 years of experience specifically in legacy modernization.
• Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
• Knowledge of Angular framework and React for front-end components.
• Proven experience with code analysis and migration tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
• Proven track record in mainframe modernization projects.
