Description

You will provide subject matter expertise in Customer Communication Management and document composition within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage document composition processes using OpenText Exstream v16.
• Execute mainframe operations using JCL, PROCs, and VSAM.
• Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, and technical planning for communication workflows.
• Utilize Endevor or similar release management tools to manage code deployments.
• Collaborate within an Agile SDLC using Jira or Version One.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience in mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream v16.
• Proficiency in COBOL and VSAM.
• Expertise in JCL and PROCs.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management and Document Composition domains.
• Experience with release management tools such as Endevor.
• Experience working in Agile SDLC environments using Jira or Version One.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Edition (V20) or OpenText Cloud Edition.
• Knowledge of interactive documents (.dlf, .emp) and multichannel container-based design.
• Experience in the Insurance domain and use of document compare tools.
