Description

You will manage the full development lifecycle for business-critical mainframe applications, focusing on content management and legacy modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications in Waterfall and Agile models.
• Gather technical requirements, code specifications, and test plans for multiple concurrent projects.
• Resolve complex technical issues by evaluating business processes and system architecture.
• Ensure alignment to architectural assertions and identify opportunities to modernize legacy applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MessagePoint and Exstream content composition software.
• 3+ years of Java and UNIX/Linux/AIX experience.
• 3+ years of SDLC experience using Jira, RDZ, and Bitbucket.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Content Management tools.
• Experience with full project lifecycle from requirements through production delivery.
• Understanding of 3-tier or component-based architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate with remote teams and deliver quality solutions under minimal supervision.
