Description

You will manage DB2 database administration and support customer migrations on mainframe systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document issue causes, actions, and resolutions within the designated problem tracking system.
• Support project managers during customer migrations to resolve technical hurdles and meet transition deadlines.
• Execute disaster recovery tasks in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services and other technical teams.
• Manage resources and implementation schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow established ITSM change control procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe DB2 Administration.
• Proficiency with Sysfrog.
• Experience executing disaster recovery plans.
• Knowledge of ITSM change control processes.
• Degree in any graduate field.
