Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end delivery of mainframe projects including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Develop and optimize applications using COBOL, DB2, JCL, and SQL while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Coordinate UAT, manage production readiness, and support post-go-live stability in financial systems.

Ensure compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory standards while maintaining change management records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in mainframe application development and project delivery.

Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, and mainframe tools with experience in batch and online (CICS/MQ) processing.

Proven experience in financial services domain with strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and regulatory compliance
