Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of mainframe projects across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, JCL, and SQL.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, manage production readiness, and support post-go-live stability in financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory standards while maintaining change management records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient project execution using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe application development and project delivery.
• Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and SQL.
• Experience with batch and online (CICS/MQ) processing.
• Proven experience in the financial services domain.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
