Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale mainframe applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using COBOL, PL/I, and CICS.
• Manage job processes with JCL and maintain DB2 and IMS databases.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues using FileAid, SAS, Expeditor, Easytrieve, and Abend Aid.
• Handle code versioning and release management using ENDEVOR and Changeman.
• Integrate APIs and web services using XML and JSON.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in mainframe application development and design.
• Hands-on proficiency with CICS, COBOL, PL/I, JCL, DB2, and IMS.
• Experience with code management tools ENDEVOR and Changeman.
• Practical knowledge of mainframe utilities including REXX, SAS, FileAid, and Expeditor.
• Experience integrating APIs and web services using XML/JSON.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services domains.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
