Description

You will develop, maintain, and modernize critical mainframe systems and core applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support batch and online processing workflows.
• Analyze business requirements to design scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues across the SDLC.
• Optimize application performance and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business users to integrate solutions and support data migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of mainframe development experience.
• Proficiency in COBOL and JCL.
• Experience with CICS, VSAM, and IBM MQ.
• Working knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Ability to develop technical specifications and documentation.
• Knowledge of database concepts, specifically DB2 and IMS DB/DC.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Assembler and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in performance tuning and optimization.
