You design, develop, maintain, and optimize complex applications on a mainframe platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using COBOL, JCL, and mainframe languages.
• Maintain and optimize critical business systems running on the mainframe.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the mainframe environment.
• Lead technical efforts to drive mainframe modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL and JCL.
• Deep understanding of DB2, CICS, and IMS.
• Expertise in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Assembler Programming for Modernization.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
