Description

You will design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications while ensuring seamless system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, JCL, and MQ.
• Conduct system analysis, coding, testing, and documentation for complex programs.
• Perform integration testing and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure system functionality.
• Support data analysis, migration, and rule mining, including legacy code conversion.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage assignments and quality reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and MQ.
• Strong knowledge of integration testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data analysis, data migration, and rule mining.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to perform data cleansing and transformation via scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open systems technology such as SQL Server, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps roles, security, and access management.
• Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce or other SaaS payroll systems.
