Description

You will own mainframe development and support tasks, ensuring technical standards and successful project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement coding standards and technical best practices for the team.
• Provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
• Participate in feasibility studies, risk assessments, and component breakdowns.
• Resolve L2 and L3 support tickets, including code changes and minor enhancements.
• Submit status reports to manage project risks and resolve escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development and support.
• Proficiency with JCL.
• Experience with CICS.
• Experience with VSAM.
• Experience with Unix Shell.
• Background in Application Support and Maintenance (AMS).
• Ability to perform technical reviews and estimations.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate.
