Develop and maintain enterprise-wide mainframe applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and support enterprise applications using COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
• Manage data storage and processing with JCL and VSAM.
• Integrate messaging capabilities using IBM MQ.
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate complex technical analysis clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 and VSAM.
• Strong knowledge of CICS transaction processing.
• Experience writing and maintaining JCL scripts.
• Familiarity with IBM MQ for messaging.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Ability to distill and present complex quantitative analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other enterprise-wide application systems.
