Description

You will drive end-to-end development and support for mainframe applications within an agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end development, unit testing, and QA/UAT support.
• Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to gather and clarify requirements.
• Lead teams and manage multiple task assignments independently.
• Provide production support on call as needed.
• Work within an onshore/offshore model following agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS.
• Expertise with Endeavor/ISPW, File-Aid, Spufi, and File Manager.
• Experience using QMF, Xpeditor, Abend Aid, and CA 7.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and agile practices.
• Effective communication skills for requirement gathering and team coordination.
• Degree in any graduate field.
