Description

You will own the full SDLC for mainframe applications in the Cards & Payments domain, from requirement gathering through warranty support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of mainframe applications using IBM Mainframe Utilities and COBOL.
• Integrate Python scripts to enhance system functionality and automate operational tasks.
• Manage database operations using DB2 to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Analyze business requirements in the Cards & Payments domain to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Experience with Python scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and IT Service Management principles.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 database management.
• Knowledge of JCL scripts for job scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Cards & Payments domain.
