Description

You will lead the development and architectural design of complex mainframe solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test complex technical solutions addressing market needs.
• Lead application architecture and define technical and functional standards.
• Resolve scalability, performance, and security issues across projects.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to daily development workflows.
• Communicate complex technical specifications clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• Proficiency in Cobol and C programming.
• Experience with iSeries and Unisys mainframe technologies.
• Knowledge of Git for source management.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and software design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing tools: UFT, Postman, Selenium.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining technical standards in an Agile environment.
