Description

Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and debug COBOL programs within the mainframe environment.
• Manage batch processing jobs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Support CICS transactions and handle production issues.
• Maintain data integrity using DB2 and VSAM datasets.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate IBM MQ solutions.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, CICS, and JCL.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 and VSAM.
• Knowledge of IBM MQ and batch processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe Production Support.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.
