You will develop and maintain batch and online mainframe applications using core mainframe technologies.
This role is remote.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain batch and online mainframe applications.
- Write and optimize code using COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.
- Manage data and processing tasks with DB2, IMS DB, and IMS DC.
- Apply Agile methodologies to development workflows.
- Maintain existing systems and troubleshoot production issues.
Required Skills
- 9+ years of working experience in mainframe development.
- Proficiency in COBOL.
- Experience with JCL.
- Experience with VSAM.
- Experience with DB2.
- Experience with IMS DB.
- Experience with IMS DC.
Preferred Skills
- Working experience on Agile Methodologies.
