Description

You will develop and maintain mainframe applications and data synchronization processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SQL SSIS packages to manage data flow and synchronization across multiple systems.
• Manage change control for source code and JCL migrations using ChangeMan.
• Debug online programs using GUI/XI debugging tools for XML and Xpediter.
• Build communication between mainframe and Unix-based systems using MQ-Messaging in batch and CICS environments.
• Modify FTP jobs to use SFTP transmission methods by updating Procs and provide guidance on DB2 best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency with SQL and SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 and SPUFI.
• Knowledge of MQ-Messaging technology.
• Ability to use QMF for reporting and queries.
• Experience with JCL, VSAM, PDS, and GDG.
• Web development skills including JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML, and Ajax.
