Description

You will design, develop, and maintain mainframe systems and applications, managing the full SDLC from initiation to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mainframe batch, online, and online batch applications.
• Manage real-time transaction processing for systems such as GL posting.
• Perform database design, troubleshooting, and system performance tuning.
• Execute unit, QA, system, and inter/intra system testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe application design, development, and maintenance.
• 4+ years of hands-on ASSEMBLER language programming experience.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, DB2, and JCL.
• Experience with CICS, ChangeMan, and Infoman.
• Knowledge of MQ Series, CA Scheduler, and SYNCSORT.
• Experience using SPUFI, File Aid, and File Aid for Db2.
• Background in clustered DB2 environments.

• Degree in any graduate field.
