Description

You will manage, maintain, and enhance the z/OS mainframe operating system and its subsystems while providing technical leadership and supporting application architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the z/OS mainframe operating system and associated subsystems.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance regarding mainframe architecture and operations.
• Lead modernization initiatives for the existing mainframe environment.
• Support application development and architecture requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in z/OS mainframe operating systems and subsystems.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and development.
• Experience providing technical leadership in mainframe operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with state government systems.
• Local residency in Charlotte, NC.
