Description

You will own moderately complex software engineering initiatives, analyzing challenges and resolving complex issues. You will leverage your understanding of policies and compliance to meet deliverables while collaborating with client personnel to ensure successful outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex technical issues within the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with client personnel and offshore teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Leverate solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in Mainframe COBOL and DB2.
• Experience supporting offshore teams, particularly Shannon - Offshore support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
