Lead mainframe to cloud conversion initiatives, focusing on AWS migrations and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead mainframe to cloud opportunity tracking, conversion, and delivery, specifically targeting AWS environments.
• Perform legacy code analysis, rules documentation, and identify optimization opportunities across mainframe and legacy platforms.
• Develop strategy collateral, integration roadmaps, and logical specifications to make solutions available.
• Estimate legacy optimization projects and create business cases for transformation initiatives.
• Manage team activity planning for modernization assessments and provide technical guidance to the CAP360 team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Mainframe and related architectures.
• Mandatory experience with Blu Age.
• Proven expertise in Legacy Modernization and optimization strategies.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Ability to define roadmaps for rewriting, migration, and service enablement.
• Strong capability in Business Case Preparation for transformation projects.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PHP and MongoDB.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
