Description

You will own development and maintenance across core mainframe systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within mainframe applications.
• Provide technical solutions and enforce coding standards through code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Participate in release management and support testing efforts, including defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
• Proficiency in Unix Scripting.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Card Domain (Issuing end) and end-to-end Card lifecycle.
• Experience optimizing mainframe systems for performance.
• Ability to create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
