Description

You will develop, maintain, and test COBOL and SAS applications within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and unit test COBOL and SAS code that integrates with organizational applications.
• Translate detailed requirements into functional system designs.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
• Integrate new software with existing systems and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to implement and test new features.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with COBOL and SAS.
• 10+ years of experience with OmniPay Mainframe and its GUI counterpart.
• 3+ years of experience using GitHub, Jenkins, and change control.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
