Description

Develop, enhance, and maintain critical mainframe applications for a banking technology team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy Mainframe applications using COBOL.
• Maintain batch processing jobs and workflows using JCL.
• Develop and support DB2 database interactions and queries.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Mainframe development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with JCL for batch processing.
• Proficiency in DB2 database development.
• Experience with CICS and VSAM.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Experience in banking or financial services environments.
