You will build and implement solutions for complex banking applications to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality code that integrates with existing subsystems.
• Prepare architecture and design documents for complex banking applications while managing design constraints.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with Product Teams to translate requirements into design and development.
• Analyze complex business challenges to support data-driven decision-making.
• Challenge conventional approaches to improve system efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on coding and development experience.
• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
• Expertise in CICS programming, including CICS Screen Programming.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication for working with team members and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coding in MQ Series and IMS DB.
• Experience working within Banking Compliance and Regulatory Platforms.
